Mixed media painting incorporating inks and collaged paper ephemera. 'The Jitty'was Inspired by the alleyways inspired by the alleyways and passages tucked away in our beautiful historic town.
I love re-creating surfaces and substrates that represent and explore old surfaces containing a whisper of what's gone before and the ever-evolving cycles of nature and what happens after it has invaded and left its mark.  
 Artwork is 40cm x 40cm on plywood framed in a custom-made frame painted white with a waxed finish.
